Alexander Stubb

Alexander Stubb, former Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Finland, took office at the age of only 40. He is still a quick acting prime minister, who went from scholar to minister in just 9 years. He is also a civilian prime minister who writes books, blogs, columns, runs marathons, and vows to change the dull atmosphere of Finnish politics and improve the image of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
