Admiral West has extraordinary experience and knowledge in security, intelligence, and defense. He is an expert in risk management and forecasting. He has rich experience in exchanging work with senior international figures and government officials. From 2002 to 2006, he held the highest position in the British Navy as the First Secretary of Naval Affairs. Most of his naval career was spent at sea, serving on 14 different warships and commanding three of them. Allen has received multiple appointments from the Ministry of Defense in the fields of planning, planning, and policy. In addition, he served as the Chief of Intelligence for the British Navy for three years and as the head of the Defense Intelligence Agency for three years, participating in military operations including the Kosovo War. He was the first joint force commander in the process of creating a permanent joint headquarters and commanded military exercises at the new headquarters.
