The Nobel laureate in economics in 2000 established and developed individual econometrics, and was awarded the Nobel Prize in economics for his innovative methods and contributions in this field. Professor Heckman obtained a doctoral degree in Economics from Princeton University in 1971. I have taught at Columbia University, Yale University, and the University of Chicago. He created theories and methods for statistical analysis of individual and household behavior, which have been applied in economics and other social sciences. He also has exchanges with China in the field of personal measurement. He is very optimistic about the individual economic measurement under China's huge population base.
