Fran \u00e7 ois de Froz is a global expert in maximizing personal performance and is known for establishing the Vielife project. Vielife was established in 1989 to provide health solutions to organizations to monitor and improve people's health and happiness. Fran \u00e7 ois was once a personal doctor for athletes and Formula One racers. Since 2000, he has been serving as a consultant at the sleep center of the famous main palace hospital in Paris. In 1985, Fran \u00e7 ois joined the French military during his medical career and served as the director of the CERMA Air Force Research Center, studying the performance of fighter pilots. He found that fitness, sleep, nutrition, and stress management are closely related, so he created a project that can balance various factors to improve overall performance. Within a year while still serving in the military, Fran \u00e7 ois was appointed as a sports medicine consultant at Lafite Hospital. After leaving the military, Fran \u00e7 ois founded the vielife project in 1989. Vielife initially focused on the performance of athletes, especially F1 drivers, as a research center. Fran \u00e7 ois had collaborated with major F1 teams such as Ferrari from 1990 to 1991, Williams from 1993, Jordan from 1991 to 1996, and Prost from 1997 to 2001.
