Fraser Doherty is an MBE recipient and founder and CEO of SuperJam, a super jam brand. He has delivered over 500 speeches in over 26 countries worldwide! As one of the top motivational speakers in the UK, Fraser Doherty began his extraordinary business journey at the age of 14. At that time, Fraser Doherty learned how to make jam in the kitchen of his grandmother's house in Scotland and immediately came up with a method for making jam made from 100% fruit. At the age of 16, he recommended his brand SuperJam to Vitoros, becoming the youngest supplier in the history of large chain supermarkets. Super Jam has now developed into a company and sold millions of bottles of jam through thousands of supermarkets around the world. In addition to commercial success, the company has also successfully invested in charitable projects - hosting hundreds or thousands of free tea parties for elderly people in Europe, South Korea, and Australia, and establishing community clubs in the UK and South Korea. Super Jam has also been exhibited as a iconic Scottish brand at the National Museum of Scotland, and has won over 20 innovation awards, with numerous multimedia documentaries dedicated to it. Fraser Doherty is also highly regarded by the Prime Minister and His Royal Highness Prince Charles. The Queen of England also awarded him the Order of the British Empire MBE. At the same time, he shared his amazing experiences at over 600 conferences in 27 countries around the world. Of course, his experiences have also been written into his best-selling super companies published in the UK, the United States, Australia, South Korea, and Japan. Fraser travels all year round and does not stay long or have a fixed office. He has visited over 50 countries. He often operates companies remotely - a pioneer in true virtual work and the use of cloud solutions. He is one of the youngest MBA graduates in British history and regularly holds lectures on entrepreneurship at universities around the world, including Metropolitan University of London, where he is the youngest visiting professor in history. Fraser has given lectures on innovation and entrepreneurship at the following institutions: International Business Machines, Nintendo, KPMG, Accenture Consulting, Barclays Bank, HSBC, Allianz Group, Exact Group, Etsy, Kraft Foods, Royal Bank of Scotland, Bank of England, Scottish Parliament, Unilever, Centrica Group, Telekom Spain British Council, National Health Service, Columbia University, etc. Fraser's speech includes how entrepreneurship can change your life. How technology enables you to remotely control your global team. How to create a brand that can captivate your employees and customers. How the Internet can help emerging companies rise rapidly, even in traditional industries. The importance of corporate social responsibility and the creation of a valuable enterprise. What are the expectations of the younger generation Generation Y for companies that work together and have business dealings.
