Subroto Bagchi

As the Vice Chairman and Gardener of Mind Tree Limited, Sabroto Bagge is known for co founding Mind Tree in 1999 and initially serving as its Chief Operating Officer. Mind Tree Company is one of the most respected cross industry companies in India. In 2008, Bagge served as a company gardener. In this new position, Bagge had face-to-face discussions with 100 outstanding leaders from Mind Tree Company to discuss their personal career issues that they hope to expand their leadership abilities and prepare for building Mind Tree Company into a multi billion dollar alliance. In addition, Bagge is still working at the grassroots level, serving in the company's 45 practice communities aimed at promoting organizational learning, innovation, and volunteer service within the organization. Bagge is currently the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mind Tree Company. He has widely published articles in some major newspapers and magazines, as well as delivered speeches on industry platforms and educational institutions around the world. Currently, he is writing a column titled Zen Garden in Forbes India magazine. Baguchi also serves on the Board of Directors of the Indian School of Management in Bangalore. Bagge has authored three best-selling business books, a collection of works by high-performance entrepreneurs, kissing the world, and professionals like penguins.
