Diane Weimadrid is a best-selling author and Chinese expert, as well as a renowned professor at multiple business schools in the United States and the United Kingdom. She gave speeches around the world on the development of modern China. She is the protagonist of BBC documentaries Peschardts People and German TV 3Sat Kalturzeit documentaries. Diane was born in Beijing and went with her parents to a labor camp far from the city when she was young, where she spent most of her childhood. She received both Chinese and American education and experienced rapid economic development in China. She excels in interpreting China's success and development from historical, cultural, and psychological perspectives. Diane's academic positions include professors at the University of Minnesota, Cranfield School of Management, Royal Holloway College, and the University of London School of Business, as well as the MBA program director of the OB\/HR network at Cranfield School of Management.
