Kevin is a dynamic and passionate leader with successful practical experience in managing growth, achieving successful turnover, and driving substantial progress for industry leading companies. As one of the most capable managers of his generation, he can help small and medium-sized enterprises define and implement positive changes. He was born as a good communicator, adept at building and motivating management teams, and mobilizing the enthusiasm of employees at all levels within the organization. He possesses qualifications as an engineer and accountant, and obtained a Master of Business Administration degree before starting his career in the construction industry. Afterwards, he switched to the chemical and automotive industries. In 1987, he joined Porsche GB Limited and four years later, at the age of 32, he was appointed as the General Manager of Porsche UK. He took over a company that was close to bankruptcy, but established a world-class team and returned the focus of his business to engineering heritage. In five years, Porsche has transformed from a struggling business into the most profitable car company in the UK. Kevin has thus become one of the 40 outstanding managers under the age of 40 in the UK. In 1996, he became the President of BMW Limited, and the business team he formed constantly sought challenges, setting a four-year growth record. During his tenure, BMW's sales increased by 40% and profits increased by 250%. In 2000, he left BMW to become the European CEO of CarsDirectcom, which surprised the automotive industry. CarsDirectcom is a pioneer in online automotive sales in the United States. After finding that this model is not suitable for Europe, shareholders quickly invested in the United States. The European team took advantage of this opportunity to create Epyx Limited, which became a leading e-commerce solution provider in the UK automotive industry in just eight years. From 2001 to 2009, Kevin served as a founding board member of the team, and in 2009, he sold his shares to the management team and HgCapital. At the same time, Kevin was appointed as the Group CEO of EurotaxGlasses AG. From 2001 to 2007, he led an international team to transform 31 national printing companies into global leaders in online data, systems, and software in the automotive industry. Before becoming a non-executive president in 2007, he led a management buyout worth 4.8 billion euros. He resigned from the company in 2010. Kevin has held positions including the Chairman of the Achilles Group, the global leader in supplier data management, the Chairman of Kurland Automobile Co., Ltd., the partner of the international automotive headhunting company Admetam GmbH, the consulting partner of the European Enterprise Development\/Restructuring Consulting DDA, the development of management skills and team building. Kevin's desire for adventure is not limited to the business sector. He climbed Mount Everest to celebrate his 40th birthday and went to the Arctic alone in 2006 to raise funds for cancer research. Three years later, he brought his 18-year-old son to Antarctica to raise more funds for charity. He recently climbed Mount Kilimanjaro and embarked on his adventurous journey - the highest peak on seven continents. In his spare time, he would relax himself by playing international cricket and rock.
