The F1 Formula One Championship is the highest level annual series of track racing events organized by the International Automobile Federation (FIA). In racing events, F1 is a symbol of luxury and speed, considered by many to be the most important event in the racing industry, and also the most expensive sports sport. Its racing often uses the most advanced technology in the automotive industry. F1 events are a unique combination of business and sports. To achieve the highest level of performance in 20 Grand Prix events, strong leadership, efficient work teams, instant decision-making power, and focused execution are required. Mark Gallagher has been working in F1 for nearly 30 years and has been a senior manager for the Jordan Grand Prix, Red Bull, and Cosworth for the past 15 years. Although as a manager, Mark also works directly with world-class drivers and team owners, giving him a deep understanding of how to become a world-class racing driver. Mark served as the head of marketing for the Jordan team for ten years and was described as the leader of the Jordan team who made miracles happen. Subsequently, he joined the Jaguar team and helped them transition to the dominant Red Bull team, taking over the F1 team responsible for Cosworth from 2009 to 2011. From 2009 to 2011, Mark was directly responsible for providing one-third of the F1 fleet's engines and rebuilding the Cosworth F1 business. Cosworth has supported 13 racing drivers to win the championship and won 176 grand prix races, second only to Ferrari. In his career, Mark has worked with many star racing drivers, including Michael Schumacher, Coulthard, Elton Senna, and has also served on Jenson Barton's management team. Since 2005, Mark has also owned his own racing team - Status, located in Silverstone, UK. He won the 2009 A1GP World Cup and won multiple victories in the GP3 series, as well as participating in the Le Mans racing series. The Status team has won the Best Team award three times. Now Mark leads a sports investment group and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Status Grand Prix. Mark utilizes his extensive experience in F1 work to work with the team, sponsors, and drivers. Mark often appears in the media, especially Sky News. In 2012, as an F1 commentator for ESPN TV, I commented on the event to 36 million F1 racing fans from 24 countries in Asia. In 2014, Mark released the book 'The Business of Winning', which discusses the lessons to be learned from F1's high financing and high fuel consumption business model. Due to his expertise, Disney Pixar invited Mark to work as an automotive industry consultant for the animated film \Auto Story\ series.
