Jamimic is the Chairman and Vice Chairman of Kissinger Associates, Inc., an international strategic consulting firm headquartered in New York that specializes in assessing and identifying geopolitical and macroeconomic risks in emerging markets for its clients. Before joining the company in 2009, Ms. Mishk served as the global sovereign risk manager for Lehman Brothers. In addition, she is also a senior advisor at Barclays Bank. Before entering the private sector, Ms. Mishk had an outstanding career in the intelligence field for 20 years, with her highest position being the Deputy Director of the Intelligence Headquarters of the Central Intelligence Agency, serving from 2002 to 2005. When serving as the Deputy Director of the CIA, she was responsible for all intelligence analysts at the agency, providing comprehensive analysis and determining the content of the President's daily briefing. From 1995 to 1996, she also served as the Director of the Intelligence Unit of the National Security Council. In addition, Ms. Mishk is also a director of EMC Corporation and a member of the Presidential Intelligence Advisory Committee. At the same time, she is also a member of the board of directors of In Q-Tel Corporation and the Dickley Foundation in the United States, as well as a member of the Foreign Relations Association. Ms. Mishk obtained an Honours Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Economics from Pepperdine University and a Master's degree from the School of International Relations at the University of Denver. In addition, in 2011, the University of Denver awarded her an Honorary Doctorate in Public Service. She is a recipient of the DCI Director's Medal, the Distinguished Intelligence Medal, and the Defense Intelligence Agency Director's Medal, and has twice received the Intelligence Commendation Medal. When she was a child, Ms. Michick grew up on Redondo Beach in California.
