After leaving Louis Vuitton, Concertalancio continued to serve as a consultant in the global luxury goods industry. In 1985, she joined the team of LVMH Chairman Bernard Arnott and left in 2007. She introduced innovative examples and creative designers, which played an important role in the organizational development of the Arnold Group and greatly promoted the modernization process of the French luxury goods industry. In 2007, she established her own company and served as a strategic and corporate M&A consultant. She is also a board member of organizations such as Fendi and the European School of Business Administration, as well as a judge of several fashion design awards.
