He is currently the CEO of Ingenio Management Consulting, advising professional sports teams including SAN Antonio Spurs, Atlanta Falcons, Manchester United of the English Premier League, and Team Sky. In addition, he provides business consulting services to sports business owners and decision makers. Mike has a long history of working with some of the greatest minds in world sport, on and off the field. June 2007 - June 2013 Managing Director of Chelsea Football Club Premier League Mike is responsible for the performance and operational management of Chelsea's first team, including player recruitment, medical, sports science, psychology and player performance analysis. During Mike's tenure, Chelsea Football Club won the European Cup, the Europa League and the Premier League, and experienced the most successful era in the club's history. Mike has been responsible for more than $500 million in player transfers, including the acquisition of players from the World Cup, European Championship and European Champions League winning teams. For example, he currently works as a strategic consultant for the NBA's SAN Antonio Spurs and Formula 1's F1 Applied Technology Division.
