In 2006, he was appointed as the first official golf psychologist by the European Ryder Cup team. The team ultimately won the draw and created history. Since then, he has had a significant impact on the golf industry and has collaborated with over 22 of the world's top 50 golfers. As one of the most influential figures in the UK sports industry in 2009, Quilsch was rated by international peers as one of the top 100 authoritative figures in the golf industry. He has also successfully collaborated with Premier League football clubs, Formula One drivers, British cricket players, fighter pilots, and medical teams. He collaborates with business leaders from many different countries and has helped executives and their teams unleash their potential through carefully planned change and performance projects. He is one of the few external experts selected to participate in NASA's space program with astronauts.
