Michael Beridal is a world-renowned human resources expert, international trade speaker and coach, best-selling author, and business transformation expert. He has served as an executive in Wal Mart, a company with the largest number of employees and retail businesses in the world, for many years, representing the authority of Wal Mart's business model.
