Tom Oliver is the founder and CEO of World Peace Day and the World Peace Partnership. He is a new generation of business leaders attempting to solve global problems with new business models. World Peace Day and the World Peace Partnership are non-profit charitable organizations known as one of the most diverse and influential peace organizations and gatherings in the world. At the first World Peace Festival in Berlin in August 2011, Tom successfully gathered global leaders from various fields, including the military, peace, business, film, charity, media, Silicon Valley, politics, art, finance, and the United Nations, to address a comprehensive and sustainable global peace agenda that involves all stakeholders. This is the first time in history. Ambassadors from different regions of the world presented the outcome of the World Peace Day meeting as an official contribution to the United Nations General Assembly in September 2011. Tom has appropriately applied his extensive professional knowledge and experience to artistic creation, sports, music, writing, business, entrepreneurship, and global philanthropy, demonstrating how to apply interdisciplinary methods to solve problems. He showed us how to make our vision come true, inspire and drive global movements. In order to make his speech more vivid, Tom often uses live music performances and actively mobilizes the audience's participation. Tom has set up a leadership circle at Manchester Business School in the UK to establish close cooperation with the MBA program. This project ranked first on the FT World Business School Rankings in 2012 and 2011. Tom graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in the United States and studied finance and business at Wharton Business School. Subsequently, I completed my Master's degree in Economics at the University of Cologne.
