Molly Harvey is a leading authority in leadership and cultural change. In 1993, she founded her first company in a bedroom in an attic. Her heartfelt speech combined her personal experience, making sense and thought-provoking. One of her important abilities is to encourage audiences to think about their work and lifestyle from different perspectives through questioning. She delivered speeches to companies around the world, including Bank of America, 3M, Spanish International Bank, and over 500 leading global organizations. She is the author of the best-selling book Seconds Away from Outstanding Leadership, which ranked 15th on the March 2012 Best Business Book. She also produced a series of e-books, CDs, and podcasts on related topics. Molly regularly gives lectures at the University of Liverpool, Liverpool Hope University, and Liverpool University School of Management. In 2006 and 2007, she gave her first speeches at the United Nations headquarters in New York. She was the first national female president and member of the Professional Speakers Association in the UK from 2005 to 2006. She is currently a member of the Royal Society of the Arts and a founding member of the European Revolutionary Leadership Council. The project she is currently participating in is leading one percent of outstanding CEOs to remote areas such as Nepal, solving world problems by reaching out to local communities and tribes, and bringing what she has learned back to her work environment.
