Until the end of 2005, Wilcoxmark worked at Sony Europe headquarters in Berlin as the company's Director of Organizational Development, responsible for management strategies and organizational change affairs in Europe. After receiving a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Wilcoxmark pursued a Master's degree in Psychology at the University of London, Berkbeck College in the United Kingdom. Afterwards, he applied the knowledge he learned to the HR field. He gained his own understanding of the business field by studying an MBA degree at Bradford College. He is a senior member of the Institute for Talent Development and the British Psychological Society. In his consulting work, he was responsible for Sony's development projects in Europe, with clients including the British military, Sony Ericsson, Hilton, and HSBC. At the same time, Mark teaches MBA courses in Bradford, the School of Management of Manchester Business School, the Business School of Warwick University and Cranfield Business School, and human resources courses in Milan Bocconi University. In February 2008, Mark collaborated with best-selling author Jonas to publish the Motivation of Collaboration and the Role of Leaders. Mark has given speeches in multiple European countries on topics including leadership, management methods, and organizational development.
