Steven van Bellegme is a European consumer experience expert in the digital age. His areas of interest are the impact of artificial intelligence and other new technologies on consumers, as well as the relationship between technology and consumers. Since the beginning of his career, Steven van Beregme has been studying the impact of digital change on consumer experience. At first, he served as a researcher and visiting professor at the renowned Frerick Business School in Belgium. 18 months later, Van Beregme joined InSites Consulting and worked as a consultant and management partner at this innovative market research company for the next 12 years. During this period, the number of employees of the company increased from 8 to 130 and offices were established in 5 countries. Van Beligm's main role in the company is to lead the consumer happiness team. Van Beregme is a partner and co founder of Nexxworks consulting firm, co founder of wearable startup Zero, and co founder of content creation company Snackbytes. Nexxworks is a new type of consulting company focused on motivating businesses to be proactive. The company organizes executives on an exciting trip, leading them to global innovation centers to witness the latest changes in technology and consumer experience. Snackbytes has established a range of digital content for customers in a fast, innovative, and efficient manner, while both Nexxworks and Snackbytes provide services to top brands and enterprises. Van Beligm has published four best-selling books, and he is known for his first book, \The Conversation Manager,\ which won the \2010 Innovative Marketing Book Award. He also created 'The Conversation Company' and 'When Digital Becomes Human', which won the '2015 Best Marketing Book Award'. Recently, he also published the book 'Customers the Day after Tomorrow'.
