Frank Chang has won an Emmy Award for his contributions to international journalism. He himself founded the media strategy international video production company WorldBizWatch. During his more than 20 years of journalist career, Flanders' coverage covered all hot topics in Asia and North America. Before joining CNN, he worked as a national internet journalist for NBC television except for Los Angeles. Frand also served as the international trade coordinator and press secretary for the former lieutenant governor of Delaware. He obtained a bachelor's degree from Cornell University and later obtained a master's degree from the School of Broadcasting and Journalism at Columbia University and the School of Film and Television at the University of Bristol in the United Kingdom.
